Mrs. Harris was not only a great neighbor but we were friends with her kids and she would always invite us over and include the neighborhood friends. I admired Mrs.Harris as I did my teachers and other women who were professional and she was a role model to me. I am so sorry for the family’s loss she was a very lovely person and I was glad she was friends with my parents I think it made life better for them as well to know such a kind hearted lady.

My deepest condolences to Linda’s family. Linda was truly a wonderful colleague at LaGuardia Community College. She was dedicated, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. The college was so fortunate to have her - she embodied our values of care and service. I am so grateful to have known and worked with her.

Dear Carol Ann, JJ, Beth and al your families.
Sending you all our heartfelt condolences on the passing of your beautiful mother Linda.
I often think of her and it’s all good! Although we haven’t been in touch for some time we have fond memories of when she and Frank came and stayed with us in London in the 90s. If ever I were to talk about my American relatives I would always put on my strongest New York accent to describe Linda she was the heart of New York.
She was so kind in the 80’s when your grandmother spent time in a home Linda let my friend and I stay in her apartment for free for months. She was kind, generous and loving and surely touched so many in her life.
We had many a day out sightseeing both US and London. I hope to share some pictures with you.
Sending you all much love at this difficult time
From Angela, Gary, India and Genevieve (London) xxxx

My sincere condolences to Linda’s family. Linda was a wonderful colleague at La Guardia. She was kind, always professional and a great resource to solve complicated problems. Linda had a brilliant mind and ready to assist both faculty and students when called upon. Linda will be missed but not forgotten.

My deepest condolences to Carol, J.J. Beth & Family on the passing of your beloved mother Linda.
I knew Linda from as far back as I can remember & was lucky to have grown up in the same building.
I was also fortunate enough to spend many weekends on Lake Walenpaupack with Linda, she was like a second mom to me! Great times, Great food. My late husband Gerry always commented on how great her cooking was!
Linda's 1st trip to Ireland, just after her 40th birthday, was for our wedding. It meant so much to us.
She also happened to be there when my mom passed away and was, as always, loving & comforting.
I am saddened that as time passed we didn't see each other often, butI knew if I ever needed anything, she would be there.
Linda--Loving & Kind personified!
Rest in Peace
