Joan M. O'Brien, age 86, of Sunnyside, died Saturday, February 24, 2018 at home. Joan was born November 20, 1931 in New York, NY. Beloved wife of the late John. Loving mother of Lori Brosnan and her husband Patrick, Jeff O'Brien and his wife Sue and Lisa Siciliano and her husband Tony. Cherished grandmother of PJ, Anthony, Kate, Ashley, Lindsey, Jack, Tommy, Gabby, Robbie and Connor. Dear sister of Carol Biceconte, Buddy Switzer and the late Linda Casal. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Sunday, February 25 from 2-5PM and 7-9PM at Edward D. Lynch Funeral Home, Inc, 43-07 Queens Boulevard, Sunnyside, NY. Funeral Mass will be held 10:00 am on Monday, February 26, 2018 at Queen of Angels RCC, 44th Street and Skillman Avenue, Sunnyside, NY Burial will be in Gate Of Heaven Cemetery, Valhalla, NY following the Mass.
