Obituary of Josip Sirol

Josip Sirol, age 69, of Sunnyside, died Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at Elmhurst Hospital. Mr. Sirol was born August 13, 1947 in Pazin, Croatia. Cherished son of Zora Sirol of Croatia. Beloved husband of Yanira (nee Lopez). Loving father of Lisa, Jessica and Sonia. Dear grandfather of Ryan Brunner, brother to the late Milena and a constant companion to "Skyla" the huskie. Josip is also survived by family members in Croatia. Visitation will be Tuesday, February 14 from 4-8PM at Edward D. Lynch Funeral Home, Inc, 43-07 Queens Boulevard, Sunnyside, NY. Funeral Mass will be held 11:30 am on Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at St. Teresa RCC, 44th Street And 50th Avenue, Woodside, NY. Cremation will be in Fresh Pond Crematory, Middle Village following the Mass.
