Obituary of Jean Metcalf

Jean Metcalf (nee Caputa), of Woodside and Blissville peacefully passed away on January 24, 2017 at 99.7 years of age. Predeceased and loved by her husband George, her adored mother Helen Dowenzanski and survived by her two mournful children Diane of Woodside and Robert of Singapore. Viewing will be Friday, January 27 from 2-4PM and 7-9PM at Edward D. Lynch Funeral Home, Inc, 43-07 Queens Boulevard, Sunnyside, NY. Funeral Mass will be held 10:30 am on Saturday, January 28, 2017 at St. Raphael's RCC, 35-20 Greenpoint Avenue, Long Island City, NY. Cremation to follow at Fresh Pond Crematory in Middle Village. Burial of ashes will be at Calvary Cemetery with her beloved mother and grandparents.
