I am so sorry to hear about the passing of Morgan. I worked for NY Life and I new him for many years. I was involved with the opening of the Office in Castleisland, Ireland (Before we sold it to Aetna)and was involved in hiring Morgan as well. I visited the Ireland office many times and oversaw the operation from the Home Office when not visiting. I remember Morgan very well and he was a very good person and a very valuable associate. Always had a kind word and very willing to help. I talked to him often on the phone and when I visited the Ireland office. I was aware he started to work in the Home Office, but by that time I had moved on to another area and was not communicating with him too often. I just learned of his sudden passing when I read his name in the NY Life News. I believed he had only retired in Dec. 2015 (I retired in Jan 2016). I will certainly pray for his soul and his family. I only heard off Morgan's passing 2 weeks ago,when I visited Dingle.Morgan taught me in St Kevins CBS in Glasnevin from 1980 to 1985.he was a gentleman.i got on even better with him,cause my mother came from Dingle.I met him a few times during our summer holidays down there.He was a very clever guy and was well liked.He was too clever for teaching.May he rest in peace. I worked with Morgan for a few years and he was always a kind, cheerful, caring man. We have missed him at the office since he left and I was deeply saddened to hear the news this week.
