Sandra M. Diaz, age 71, of Woodside, died Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at Elmhurst Hospital. Sandra was born September 16, 1944 in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
Visitation will be Friday, April 15 from 4-8PM at Edward D. Lynch Funeral Home, Inc, 43-07 Queens Boulevard, Sunnyside, NY.
Funeral Mass will be held 10:00 am on Saturday, April 16, 2016 at St. Teresa RCC, 44th Street And 50th Avenue, Woodside, NY.
