Arazio Richard Pando of Queens, New York, entered into eternal rest on March 5, 2016, at the age of 92. He was born on October 10, 1923, in New York, NY, to Concetta Pellegrini and Frank Pando. Richard was a devoted son to his parents before their passing in 1962 and 1963. He was preceded in death by his three brothers, Joseph Pando, John Pando and Anthony Pando, and two sisters, his twin sister, Connie Pando, and youngest sister, Marie Marino, as well as his sisters-in-law, Theresa Pando, Anna Pando and Johanna Pando, and brother-in-law, Mario Marino. Uncle Richard is survived by many nieces and nephews, and their families, by whom he is fondly remembered.
