George Vasilakos, age 62, of Sunnyside, died Friday, March 6, 2015 at NY Weill Cornell Medical Center of,NY . George was born April 13, 1952 in Sparta, Greece. He is the son of the late Vasilis and the late Eleni (Nicolaros) Vasilakos. Beloved Husband of Maria Vasilakos (Dinu). Visitation will be Sunday, March 8 from 2-5PM and 7-9PM and Monday, March 9 from 2-5PM and 7-9PM at Edward D. Lynch Funeral Home, Inc, 43-07 Queens Boulevard, Sunnyside, NY. Prayer service will be held on Monday, at 7PM. The funeral service will be held 10AM on Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at Edward D. Lynch Funeral Home, Inc, 43-07 Queens Boulevard, Sunnyside, NY. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Woodside following the service.
