Florence Pieslewicz (Florence Piels), age 90, of Blissville, died Sunday, November 30, 2014 at Glen Cove Nursing And Rehab Facility of Glen Cove, NY. Florence was born June 4, 1924 in Queens, NY. She was the past President and lifetime member of the John E. Wallace Post #1630, American Legion Ladies Auxiliary. She is the daughter of the late Theodore and Frances (Djienciolowski) Fabiscewski. Beloved wife of the late Stanley Pieslewicz. Devoted mother of Carol Martin, cherished grandmother of Peter and David, loving sister of the late Dorothy Kish. Visitation will be Monday, December 1 from 7-9:30PM and Tuesday, December 2 from 2-5PM and 7-9:30PM at Edward D. Lynch Funeral Home, Inc, 43-07 Queens Boulevard, Sunnyside, NY. Funeral Mass will be held 10:30 AM on Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at St. Raphael's RCC, 35-20 Greenpoint Avenue, Long Island City, NY. Burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery, Woodside, NY.
