He is the son of the late James and the late Genevieve (McNece) Dugan. Beloved husband of the late Marie nee Perino. A Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:00 am on Thursday, April 3, 2014 at Queen ff Angels RCC, 44th Street And Skillman Avenue, Sunnyside, NY. Burial will be in Calverton National Cemetery, Calverton on Thursday, April 3. Visitation will be Wednesday, April 2 from 2-5PM and 7-9:30PM at Edward D. Lynch Funeral Home, Inc, 43-07 Queens Boulevard, Sunnyside, NY.
