I still can't quite grasp the fact that you're gone. Every time the office door opens, I think "Yay! Kev's back!" and look up, ready for your smile and a silly quip. I hope you know how much you were loved and appreciated...not just as a co-worker, but as a friend as well. I hope you're having a good laugh and a cold beer and smiling down on us, Kev-o. I miss you every day.

When I needed a friend Kevin was always there for me. Back in 2000 was when I was going thru some personal problems when Kevin suggested we get an apt. together, we were roommates for the next 9 yrs. We were inseparable, playing in the NYDO dart league, hanging @Sandy's, in Astoria & Woodside. I miss the fun Kevin, always with a joke or anecdote! He was a character that's for sure!! Kevin always made me laugh. He always came into the hotel with a joke or a funny anecdote. Though I did not know him well, I knew the kindness in his heart, and the beauty in his soul. Let us remember that, and show that same kindness to others, and in that way Kevin will live on.

My second week on the job was a NYG Citysightseeing cruise. I was still very new to NY and I didnt know anyone at work yet but still decided to go. You started cracking jokes and dancing to Come On Eileen and made me feel like I was at home surrounded by people that I felt like I knew already. Afterwards we went to the Blarney Stone-still one of my best memories of my time in NYC in general. Your warmth and kindness and sense of humor lives on in each of us. I want to say "Thank You, My Friend and Until We Meet Again."

My dear brother, saying that we did n`t always see eye to eye is an understatement.....however, you touched many hearts, you left an impression on every one who knew you and as many will agree your jokes were the horrendous !! A multitude of people are at a loss for you today. It will be difficult for me to get use to saying I have three brothers and not four. There is a huge hole in our family today. You will be happy knowing that we are mourning you here in NY and you will be mourned back in the old sod......RIP my dear brother

Aw Kevin,
I cannot wrap my head around the fact that you are gone. I will especially miss running into you and Sawyer on your evening walks; stopping for a while to shooting the breeze which inevitable ends up with me cracking up from one of your goofy stories. Even Sawyer starts laughing, hopping and barking after your jokes. I’ve always admired, and will miss, your kind heart, free spirit and no regrets personality. It was an absolute privilege and pleasure knowing you Kevin. May you be at ease.

Kevin. I think it is fair to say they broke the mole when they made you. You are one of a kind. Your corny jokes and smart comments and that snicker you did after your corny joke will forever put a smile on my face. You were my best friend, my dart partner and drinking buddy. There will always be a seat next to me, at the bar for you. I love you more than you will ever know. You will never be forgotten. Until we meet again, hopefully in a place where the beer is always cold, the blackhouse is free and corny jokes are accepted by all.
I love my brother, you will be missed. Rest easy.
