John you were truly a blessing to us all. You always had a big grin whenever I saw you. I will forever cherish the moments we spent together. You were more than a cousin to me you were like my little brother. Love you and you will forever be in my heart. SIP.

Dear John,
I was so sad to hear about your passing! So many memories of you during our time together at St.Patrick's. You won over everyone's heart with your charm, kindness and good humor. I wish we had kept in touch!
Rest in peace old friend, and may God comfort the hearts of those you leave behind!

John, I was sad to hear of your passing. So many memories growing up in St. Pat’s. You were easy to love and always kept us laughing. I wish, like alot of us that we could’ve all kept in touch. May you sleep in peace my old friend and may God comfort your family during this time.

My little cuz. The one thing I could always count on is the love you had for us all. No matter the situation or circumstances, you forever showed love. I remember being able to carry you as a baby and I watched as you got older…we taught you to play basketball, football and baseball and even gave you the nickname “John the Bomb” cause anything we threw your way, you’d catch it. For those of us who were around, when asked what nationality he was, he loved to rattle off “Irish, kylish in the mylish in the gylish and always thought it was so hilarious. I loved being around you when you were silly like that. I also watched the not so good times and you were always straight with me. You talked to me directly and never held back…I love you for that. As I remember you, you are part of who I am, and I was elated to have grown up in the presence of that enormous love. Having had the privilege of getting to know JJ, I see for myself how you passed on that one amazing quality to him. Your legacy, in my view, is your capacity for love. Thanks my little bro. Always in my heart…
