Auntie Peggy made everyone feel welcome. We had so many family dinners and fantastic trip to the family vacation home upstate. 3 minute showers so everyone had hot water. She was a stickler to that rule. She fed us all and loved us all. And she had the best laugh. Aunt Peggy’s was one very special lady. She will be greatly missed. We love you Aunt Peggy ❤️ Our sincerest condolences to the entire family.
Mary ( Lennon) Scott & family.

We have great memories of Peggy for over 40 years. Peggy had a big heart and she was a genuine and lovely person. Her amazing hospitality stands out. Peggy was a great cook and loved having people around. We loved sitting around her table having many laughs. We were made so welcome at her homes in Woodside, up in Hudson, in Florida and at Lake Adventure. We enjoyed meeting up with Peggy and Pat on their many trips to Ireland. Our first trips to Durrus were memorable where Peggy was so proud of her homeplace. She spent time with us in our home in Portmarnock, Dublin and of course in Kilkee. Peggy was always interested in how everyone was doing from the oldest to the youngest in her company. We were so lucky and blessed for knowing Peggy.

In memory of our dearest Peggy, our loyal and caring friend for the last 51 years. Your kindness and generosity knew no bounds. We looked forward to and enjoyed your visits to Ireland so much. We had many laughs and wonderful times together over the years. You showed us the best of hospitality on our visits Stateside. You had such a big heart and were beautiful inside and out. May God keep and look after you in his loving care until we meet again. As one of the quotes you sent me reads 'We're not sisters by birth but we knew from the start, God put us together to be sisters by heart.'
All the best to one of the best. Forever in our hearts, Nuala and Colman

There are not enough words to describe Peggy. Your goodness and grace was felt by everyone in your presence. When you were lucky enough to be invited to Hotel Farrelly. You knew you were in for good food, a cuppa Barry's and some great Irish craic!
I will truly miss our conversations, her support and the good advise. She now sits at the heavenly table with my mother Liz. Prayer to the Farrelly family xo

The "Rock", the greatest mother, wife, sister and friend anyone can have! You never went hungry when being around Peggy. It has been an honor to know you for over five decades. As you rest in peace it must be pleasing to know you have Mikey back in your arms.

My parents , Pete and Celine, were friends with Peggy for a very long time. Peggy was great for a good laugh. I’m sure Peggy is enjoying a nice cup of tea up there with the Cassidy clan.
Sending a big hug from the Jersey side to Pat and the rest of the Farrelly family? Your wife, mom, grandmother was a kind and caring person. We are so lucky to have known her. May she rest in peace.
Love Bernadette(Cassidy) and Dave Bishop
