Obituary of Mary C. Walsh

Maureen Walsh died November 15, 2021 at her home in Woodside. Maureen was born September 19, 1926 in Ballinrobe, Co. Mayo, Ireland. Beloved wife of the late John. Loving mother of John, Brian and his wife Carol, Maureen, Noreen, Karen and her husband John, Gregory and his wife Ivy, and Cecile and John. Cherished grandmother of Bridget and her husband Matt, Sarah, Kaitlin and her husband Mike and Gregory. Great-grandmother of Michael, Emma, Paige and Lia. Sister of Patrick Walsh and his wife Roisin, and Nora Harte. Aunt and godmother of John T. Harte. Maureen is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation will be Thursday, November 18 from 4-8PM at Edward D. Lynch Funeral Home, Inc, 43-07 Queens Boulevard, Sunnyside, NY. Funeral Mass will be held 10:45 am on Friday, November 19, 2021 at St. Sebastians RCC, 58th Street And Roosevelt Avenue, Woodside, NY. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Woodside following the Mass.
