Obituary of Jean Ciulla

Jeralama Jean Ciulla (nee LaFata) age 85, of Sunnyside, died Sunday, June 9, 2019 at North Shore University Hospital of Manhasset, NY. Mrs. Ciulla was born July 14, 1933 in Freeport, NY. Beloved wife of Luigi. Loving mother of Gregory (Mariko), Roseann Burke (Eddie), Lori Franklin (John), Maria Taylor (Rob), Frank Ciulla (Lisa) and Joann Aruanno. Dear sister of Joseph LaFata (Phyllis), Carmela Proctor, Viola Haas, Theresa Kelly and Vincent LaFata (Dotty). Cherished grandmother of Justin, Brandon, Mia, Nicolette, Kenny, Andrew, Dean, Gianna, Ava, Christopher, Isabella and Juliette. She was also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation will be Monday, June 10 from 7-9PM and Tuesday, June 11 from 2-5PM and 7-9PM at Edward D. Lynch Funeral Home, Inc, 43-07 Queens Boulevard, Sunnyside, NY Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at St. Raphael's RCC, 35-20 Greenpoint Avenue, Long Island City, NY. Burial will follow at Calverton National Cemetery, Calverton at 12:30PM.
